We ship to Spain and the United States. Standard shipping is free. US express shipping costs USD 12.49 when available at checkout.
Production and delivery
Your hoodie is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, before shipping. Standard transit is typically 3–4 business days for orders fulfilled within the US; international standard transit can take 5–20 business days, including shipments from European facilities. US express transit is typically 1–3 business days after production. Express does not shorten production time.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. The fulfillment location, stock availability, holidays, carrier delays and customs may affect delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If an estimated date appears at checkout, it is also an estimate.
Tracking and help
We send tracking details when your order ships. Check your address before paying. For corrections, delays, missing packages or delivery questions, email soporte@certifydeck.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible once production or shipping has started. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Enviamos a España y Estados Unidos. El envío estándar es gratuito. El envío exprés a EE. UU. cuesta 12,49 USD cuando está disponible al finalizar la compra.
Producción y entrega
Tu sudadera se fabrica bajo demanda. La producción suele tardar 2–5 días laborables, antes del transporte. El tránsito estándar suele ser de 3–4 días laborables para pedidos producidos dentro de EE. UU.; el transporte estándar internacional puede tardar 5–20 días laborables, incluidos los envíos desde centros europeos. El tránsito exprés a EE. UU. suele ser de 1–3 días laborables después de la producción. El exprés no acorta la fabricación.
Son estimaciones, no fechas de entrega garantizadas. El centro de producción, la disponibilidad, los festivos, las incidencias del transportista y las aduanas pueden afectar a la entrega. Los días laborables excluyen fines de semana y festivos. Las fechas que puedan aparecer al pagar también son estimadas.
Seguimiento y ayuda
Enviamos el seguimiento cuando sale tu pedido. Revisa tu dirección antes de pagar. Para corregirla, comunicar retrasos o paquetes perdidos, escribe a soporte@certifydeck.com indicando el número de pedido. Puede que no sea posible modificarla una vez iniciada la producción o el envío. Tus derechos legales no se ven afectados.
